Practical information

Participation to the event on site and online is upon invitation only.

Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for plenary sessions in English, French, German, Italian, Polish and Spanish. Breakout sessions will be interpreted in English and French.

All sessions will also be streamed live and available as video-on-demand in English after the event.

Access information

The organisers have negotiated rates with hotels in Brussels close to the venue. The online booking form is available here

TRAIN – PUBLIC TRANSPORT
There is a train service from Brussels Airport to Brussels Central Station, which is only three minutes walk to SQUARE.
The ride takes approximately 20 minutes.
The airport’s train station is located directly under the departures and arrivals halls, at level -1. The platform is easily reached by lift or escalator.
In order to avoid the queues, you can purchase your ticket in advance on the website of the Belgian National Railways.

You can rent bicycles throughout Brussels using the "Villo" service, with many stations to collect and drop off your rental bicycle. There are two stations within 2 minutes walk from SQUARE. Visit the Villo website for more details.

TAXI
A one-way taxi ride from the airport to the centre of Brussels costs around 45 euros.

PARKING
There are two public car parks with over 1700 parking spaces. Parking Albertine is the closest car park and is situated underneath SQUARE with direct access to the venue from the inside. Both car parks are accessible 24H and both have recharging facilities for electric cars.

You are responsible for taking the necessary steps to obtain if required, a visa for the entry in Belgium, and/or a visa for the country/countries of transit on the way to/from Brussels, Belgium. If necessary, a certificate aiming to facilitate the transit formalities will be issued. Such a request is to be addressed by e-mail to: cohesionforum@teamwork.fr indicating your date of birth and nationality, passport number, its date of expiration and issuing authority.

In order to guarantee your admission in Belgium, please make sure your passport is valid at least 6 months after the event.

Live web-streaming and audio-visual recording at the forum of the speakers, organisers and participants, as well as photographs of the speakers and panoramic photographs of participants and organisers will be taken and published in the context of the 8th Cohesion Forum on the website dedicated to Forum. The audience or non-speaker participants are not photographed individually or in groups. They may however appear in panoramic photographs of the whole event.
