Alva (or Ailbhe) Finn is from Ireland. She is a passionate leader and change-maker with over ten years of experience in human rights, development and social policy at EU, UN and national levels. Prior to joining Social Platform, Alva worked for Save the Children, Mental Health Europe and the Irish Mission to the UN. She also has field experience of working with refugees and asylum seekers in Egypt.
